Author Documentation

We assist you in authoring your expositions and manual suites. This includes Safety Management Systems, Quality Management Systems, Training and Checking Manual, Standard Operating Procedures, Fatigue Management Program, Drug and Alcohol Management Plan, Emergency Management Plan, Critical Response documentation, Business Continuity Plan, Audit Manual, etc. We can write your change management and risk management procdures. We can also generate (paper or electronic) forms for reporting internally and externally.

Auditing

Our qualified auditors can develop an audit program, run it if need be, and report on it. We can assist in responding to external audits.

Staff Supply

We can supply casual contract pilots, instructors, examiners, managers and support staff.

Training Courses

We can author and (if need be) run initial or recurrent courses for human factors, DAMP, FRMS, SMS, QMS, instructors, Flight Examiners, induction, etc.

While ultimately, our mission is to improve or maintain safety, our work focuses on placement of professionals to assist operations which go through periods of demand, and to consult to provide usable tools, training and documentation that also meets compliance requirements.
